Investigators believe the fire occurred several hours before the van was discovered. Denny Thornburg’s family last heard from him on July 12th, 2012. The Pierce County Sheriff's Department needs your help to identify the remains of a woman, and to help investigators determine how she died and identify any suspects responsible for her death. On October 13th, 1997, a mushroom hunter discovered human bones in a wooded area along Gale Creek Rd. In the Wilkeson area. Investigators have determined that the bones belonged to a woman approximately 30 to 50 years old, likely 5'2" to 5'4" tall, with a slender build and blonde hair. The remains were found with a Pacific Lutheran University sweatshirt, women's size 5 shoes, and women's size 7 pants. Detectives were unable to identify the woman and believe the remains had been there since sometime between September of 1994 and October of 1997.

William “Bill” Walker, 69, was killed in Moses Lake, Washington on August 2, 2008. Bill was in his workshop when he plugged in a boat battery charger that he’d found. The battery charger was actually a pipe bomb that exploded when he plugged it in. The explosion blew a hole in the workshop wall and killed Bill. On Dec. 14, 2023, At 3:38 a.M., Officers were dispatched to a shooting at S.19Th St. And S. State St. They located the victim, Cherry, laying in the roadway with multiple gunshot wounds. Cherry was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries on Dec. 26, 2023. Cherry’s vehicle was located nearby and it had been severely vandalized just prior to the shooting. A witness reported seeing a light-colored sedan, possibly occupied by four people, fleeing the scene westbound on S. 19Th St.

On May 14, 2023, the victim was at a gathering at 1531 S 56th St. According to surveillance video, an unknown male walked by the victim while he was standing out by the fence gate. The unknown male and the victim exchanged words. Then, the victim walked back to the porch and the unknown male walked away eastbound. Moments later, the victim followed the unknown male, who was walking down the sidewalk. The unknown male then shot the victim, out of camera view. The suspect was last seen walking past 5320 S Cushman Ave. Robinsons friends witnessed the confrontation and shooting, but are not cooperating with the investigation

Tacoma Police detectives need your help to identify the suspects responsible for the murder of 55 year old Gregory Evans. At 12:30 a.M. On Friday November 27, 2020, victim Gregory Evans and an acquaintance were shot by unidentified suspects during a drive by shooting in the 2100 block of E. 60Th St. In the City of Tacoma. The victims were standing by their vehicles when a silver or gray Dodge Charger drove by at a slow rate of speed. The occupants of the Charger fired multiple rounds at the victims before driving away. Evans died at the scene as a result of his wounds, and his acquaintance was seriously injured. The suspects are described as a dark skinned black male in his 20’s with twists in his hair, and a light skinned black male in his 20’s with light colored eyes and hair worn in a ponytail. The suspects were seen driving a 2011 to 2014 silver or gray Dodge Charger that had black wheels with chrome or silver edges.
