Lloyd “pat” fitzgerald (27 years of age) was last seen on october 2nd, 1972 in burlington, vermont. Fitzgerald was employed by the city of burlington electric and light department at the time of his disappearance. The body of fitzgerald was later discovered on march 4, 1973 in a remote area of a cornfield near the ethan allen homestead in burlington. It appeared that fitzgerald had been shot and killed. The cause of death was ruled a homicide by the chief medical examiner. Although there was significant investigation conducted over the years, the case still remains open and unsolved.

Roger jeffreys left from parent’s home in kentucky sometime after july of 1984. He called them later to say he would be traveling to canada. On 11/2/85 a body (john doe) was found in a wooded area near sweeney pond in glover, vermont. In 2002 information was received indicating the body may be of missing person roger jeffreys. This was later confirmed. During the investigation detectives learned that there was an arrest warrant for jeffreys at the time which is most likely why he fled the state of kentucky. Jeffreys’ death was ruled a homicide and remains unsolved.

On the evening before his death mr. Elliott was at a bar at the del monty hotel in rock island (now stanstead), quebec. The bar was crowded that evening with 100-150 patrons. Investigation revealed mr. Elliott had a disagreement with another patron however witnesses stated that he left the building long after this took place. The next morning mr. Elliott’s body was found of the side of beebe rd. In derby line. The death was the result of a homicide. Investigators conducted extensive interviews with people who they identified as being at the bar that night, ruling them out. Investigation revealed information that suggested mr. Elliott’s death may not be related to the delmonte hotel.

Ms. Blouin was found by an individual who was walking in the area. Evidence identified at the scene revealed a struggle had occurred prior to her death.
