Cold Case Spotlight On Saturday May 22, 2010 at 12:08 a.M. Murfreesboro Police responded to 1401 Eagle Street in reference to a shooting. When officers arrived, they discovered that two adult males had been shot and a third was injured by debris. The shooting occurred in front of the residence. Nathan Morgan Jr., 24, Was hit with three bullets and died a short time later at a local hospital. Mr. Morgan was visiting a friend on Eagle street when the unknown suspect(s) shot in to the crowd where he was standing. Investigator are asking anyone with information to come forward. Cold Case Spotlight On Monday, June 15, 2009, 23-year-old Cedrick Herbert was shot and killed inside a friends apartment on East Northfield Blvd in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Investigators say Herbert was asleep in the apartment when the unknown suspect(s) forced open the front door.
