The georgia bureau of investigation and the toccoa police department are investigating the murder of anthony dogan, age 35. On saturday, january 26th, at approximately 5:05pm, the toccoa police department conducted a welfare check on anthony dogan. Dogan resided in an apartment complex located at 305 south pond street in toccoa, georgia.During the welfare check, toccoa police found dogan deceased. After conducting an autopsy, it was determined that dogan’s death was a homicide. It is possible that dogan was also robbed. Witnesses claim to have heard a single gunshot from the apartment occupied by dogan sometime during the early morning hours of january 26th, 2002.

Eleven-year-old levi frady was last seen on wednesday, october 22, 1997, on little mill road in forsyth county. His body was found the next day in the dawson forest wildlife management area in dawson county. Little mill road is a well-traveled road between highway 306 and 369. The dawson county sheriff's office, the forsyth county sheriff's office and the gbi regional office in cleveland are investigating the murder. Note: october 22,1997, was the fifth game of the world series. October 23,1997, was opening day for deer hunting in dawson forest for rifles. Investigators are also seeking the public's help in identifying 2 possible witnesses in the levi frady murder case. The first person in question was seen walking along little mill road in forsyth county at 6:30 p.M. On october 22, the day levi was reported missing. Based on witness descriptions, the sketches below - profile and front views - of the man were made by gbi forensic artist marla. He is described as a white male in his late 50's, with a scruffy, gray beard. He was wearing a faded blue baseball cap. He walked in a stooped fashion. The second person or potential witness was seen in the dawson forest wildlife management area. He is described as a white male, 45 to 55 years of age, clean shaven, 6' 0" to 6' 1" tall, slim build with white or gray hair. He was driving a 1980 to 1985 medium blue toyota, 2 wheel drive, pick-up truck with a white camper shell over the bed of the vehicle. After the forsyth county sheriff’s office responded to a request for assistance and began their investigation, it was discovered that money had been taken from the salon, endres’ lunch was uneaten, her car keys were present and her vehicle had been moved from it’s normal location. On december 6, 2005, skeletal remains were located behind a church off of kelly bridge road in dawson county, georgia. Those remains were identified as patrice endres. Endres’ wedding ring was never recovered. The ring consists of two bands soldered together with a marquis diamond center stone. It is the hope of law enforcement that someone may recognize the ring, which may lead them to the person responsible.
