On the sidewalk when two b/m suspect's approached them on foot walking from the opposite direction on the same side of the street. They walked past the suspects and continued on. As the victim and his daughter approached nw 12 st. And began walking south, the suspects appeared and demanded their money. The victim refused and then chased the suspects. No one has seen maccrossenn since august 2007, when she came back to florida after seeking refuge with her family in michigan after witcher had beaten her. A jury was convinced solely on witness testimony that witcher killed maccrossen despite her body never being found. Heather was returning to florida from michigan on a bus. She was supposed to get off in lake city, fl but may have continued to gainesville. She was last heard from on the phone when she got off the bus. Before going unconscious, he told dispatch his attacker was a b/m, wearing a long sleeve blue shirt. Sweat was stabbed in his front yard, 4024 sw 38th st (near archer rd and I-75). His house was at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac, but backed up to several cheap hotels (motel 6, ramada, etc). Sweat drove a newer, red, toyota spider convertible, which was still parked in his driveway.
