On 08-15-87 the body of earl ervin was found inside of the solid waste division facility located at 2727 municipal way at approximately 8:00 p.M. This date was a saturday and there were no employees working. Ervin had phone contact with a supervisor in the early afternoon. The initial investigation revealed several persons of interest.
