Before officers arrived, a second call was received with reports that someone had been shot.When officers arrived, Timothy Cook, 43 years, of Hercules was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to Doctors Medical in San Pablo. May 28, 1980 - At approximately 2:45 p.m., a badly decomposed body was discovered body was discovered by a juvenile hiker approximately 100 yards north of the Hercules Water Tower. The victim was found in a shallow grave covered with branches, leaves and bark. The victim had a piece of clothing around her neck tied in a double knot. She was clothed only in a blue and green long sleeve print blouse, nude from the waist down. The victim had a red, white and blue handmade bead bracelet on her right wrist.
