This was believed to be a trip he was going to make to louisiana to spend time with kisa and their children. On july 29, 1994 at about 3:30 am, kisa her children, and a juvenile teen family member left the residence without marty to go to louisiana. At about 4:12 pm, marty was found dead in his home. He was lying on a bed in his bedroom with blood on his face from an apparent gunshot wound from a .38 caliber bullet.Agency
