This is the area commonly referred to as the meadows, just over the mount rose summit as you drop into the tahoe basin. It is a forested area in the sierra nevada mountains. The victim had not been there long and was clothed. She wore a bathing suit under her clothing. She also wore a blue top, blue jeans, and yellow tennis shoes. There was no identification and her identity is still unknown. The victim is believed to be of european decent based upon an inoculation scar and unique dental work. On april 14, 1946, the torso's arms and legs were located in the willamette river. On october 13, 1946, the corresponding head was found in the willamette river in the oak grove area. Investigators determined that the cause of death was a blunt force injury to the head. Her head, arms and legs were then sawn off. John’s encountered a man staggering in the street covered in blood. Portland fire was called and the victim was pronounced dead on the scene. Mr. Aguillon was not known to be associated with any local gangs but may have been associated with illicit drugs. The vehicle has been described as an early 70’s to 80’s dark-colored sedan that was heavily dented. On november 15, 1996, at approximately 8:30 p.M., willie banks jr, a 19-year-old black male, was driving in his car with his girlfriend in the area of ne 15th and prescott. They decided to stop at a local grocery store. Mr. Banks went into the store to make a purchase and upon his return, discovered a subject talking to his girlfriend, who was still seated in the car. Apparently, words were exchanged between this subject and mr banks. A single gunshot rang out and mr. Banks died at that location. Mr. Banks was not armed. Witnesses at the scene describe the suspect as a black male,5’11”, 165 lbs. This subject has not been identified. Detectives believe that the shooter is known to a number of people, but these people refuse to cooperate. Over time, attitudes about incidents like this can change. On december 17, 1989, the body of william (bill) t. Mcreynolds was discovered in his one bedroom apartment at 230 ne 28th, #203 by mark rantovich. There was no sign of forced entry into the apartment and mr rantovich entered using a key previously supplied to him by mr. Mcreynolds. Mr. Mcreynolds, a 74-year-old retired clergyman, was laying in his bed, bound, and had been stabbed to death when he was found. Investigators later determined that an atm card and jewelry were missing from the apartment. Acting on records from mr. Mcreynolds' bank regarding the use of his atm card, investigators contacted a subject who used his atm card at 24th and burnside on december 16, 1989. This person described two white males who had used a card just prior to him and again just after his use. One of these white males matched the description of mr, rantovich. The clothing description of this white male also matched the clothing that mr, rantovich told investigators he was wearing that night. Mr rantovich became a person of interest in this homicide. Mark steven rantovich is a white male born august 4, 1963 and is 6', 160 lbs. He told investigators that he had no employment, was on probation at the time and that he survived by committing sexual acts for money. In january 2004, mr. Rantovich died in salt lake city, utah. Investigators would like to talk to any acquaintances of mr. Rantovich about any statements he may have made about any incidents in portland, any conversation about “bill” or any conversations regarding the death of any of mr. Rantovich’s acquaintances.Agency
